Super Running in London & Hamburg Marathon:
It was marathon Sunday on April 26th In the London Marathon Conor Keating ran 2 hours 37mins & 16 seconds setting a new personal best for the distance he also set a new pb for 10 miles during the race too . In Hamburg Germany Matthew Ryan set a new personal best for the marathon in 2:29:28 taking over 2mins off his previous best set in Dublin last year. Our Club chairperson Mossy Bracken getting back to his best after injury earlier in the year ran close to his PB just over 30 seconds outside in 2:30:30 Super Running Well done Conor, Matty & Mossy.
Moycarkey Coolcroo 5k on in June:
