🏃 Route Description:

6.5 km loop on wooded trails, approx. 250 m ascent

Anti-clockwise once entering the main Coillte forest

Features climbs up Hewson Hill and technical descents

Beautiful views of Rock of Dunamaise and surrounding hills

Junior Route: ~3 km out-and-back; U10 must be accompanied by a guardian

🚗 Getting There:

Halfway between Portlaoise and Stradbally, just off the N80

Approx. 1 hr from Dublin, 1 hr 50 min from Cork

Parking in field near Corrigmeal Woodlands; walk ~200 m to race start

Carpooling recommended; parking charges: €4 single, €3 two, €2 three, free for full car (exact coins)

IMRA membership required (€10/year)

No cash entries on race day
