A 70 km extreme 3-leg relay over way-marked trails in Wicklow.

🎒 Mandatory Kit – Level B (Standard):

Waterproof jacket, hat or buff, gloves

Whistle, charged mobile phone

Foil blanket / bivvy bag

Must carry all kit during race

Fee: €45 per team (covers 3 members)

Each team member must be registered separately for IMRA 2026

From Laragh, take R756 past Visitor Centre & Glendalough Hotel to Upper Lake car park (€4 fee)

3-leg ‘handicap’ relay on St Kevin’s Way & Wicklow Way

Leg 1: Glendalough ⇄ Wicklow Gap – 14.6 km / 470 m

Leg 2: Glendalough ⇄ Lough Dan – 29.9 km / 1,000 m

Leg 3: Glendalough ⇄ Drumgoff – 24.7 km / 900 m

Each leg has water stations at turnarounds: Wicklow Gap, Lough Dan, Glenmalure

GPS trackers provided for handovers
