All runners must carry the above items. Final kit requirements will be confirmed on the day depending on conditions and advised at registration. Failure to carry the required kit may result in refusal of entry or disqualification. Random checks may occur.

📍 Route Description:
Forest trail by night—short, scenic, and atmospheric.

🚗 Getting There:
From Kilworth village square, follow yellow Avondhu way-markers and Ballyporeen sign (15 km). After 1 km, turn left into Glensheshkin Wood and walk over the bridge into the carpark. Carpooling is strongly advised—parking is very limited.
