Junior Route: Out & back 4.5 km

Short Course: 4.5 km, avoids summit

1 km Sugarloaf Challenge: Fun run, open to all (unsupervised, self-responsible)

Early start recommended for long course due to climb & technical sections

Registration: 18:00–19:15, start from main trail outside car park

Prizegiving: sandwiches & raffle at finish
