Route: Starting at Carrickfergus Amphitheatre, it encompasses the picturesque promenade along the Marine Highway and waterfront areas, overlooking the world class marina and views of Belfast Lough before finishing at the impressive 12th Century Norman Castle near Carrickfergus Town centre.

Prizes: As well as 1st, 2nd and 3rd male and female awards, there will be a range of Age Category Prizes on the day including male and female juniors (15-19).  Please ensure you provide your age category at date of race. Entries must be 15 years of age or over on race day.

There will also be a Running Club Team prize for the top 3 fastest finishers Male and Female - Club members participating in this must remember to enter their club when registering or their result will not be counted.

There will also be a prize for the best represented club on the day.
